Kickstarter launch timelines depend entirely on successful completion of Validation and Testing and Pre-certification.
This helps ensure we are able to minimize risks after we receive the pre-orders and can ship as early as we can.

The Mecha Comet is a modular, handheld Linux-based computer powered by Open-Source software. Using its magnetic snap interface, the Comet supports swappable extensions such as a game controller, keyboard and a breakout board and you can make your own extension too.
